Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 - Access right to personal data and other rights

1. The person interested has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if they still haven't been registered, and the communication of such in intelligible manner.

2. The person interested has the right to obtain indications about: a) the origin of the personal data; b) purpose and procedure of data handling; c) the logic applied in case of handling with electronic instruments; d) identification extremes of the owner, persons responsible and the representative as per art. 5, comma 2; e) of the persons or categories of persons to which the personal data could be communicated or that could know being designated representative in the State's territory, of persons responsible or in charge.

3. The person interested has the right to obtain: a) the update, change or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the canceling, transforming in anonymous form or full blocking of the data in case of law breaking, including those documents not necessary to save in relation to the reasons for which the data have been gathered and then handled; c) demonstration that the duties as per letters a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, even for what concerns their substance, for those whose data have been communicated, with exception to the case in which such performance is impossible or requests the use of tools greatly un-proportioned to the protected right.

4. The interested person has the right to oppose, completely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, pertinent to the reason of data collection; b) to the handling of personal data for promotional mailing or direct sales or for market research or commercial communications.

Furthermore, we inform you that, if upon reservation, you give us sensible data pertaining to your or a family member's physical health problem (for example a handicap which requires a particular assignment in the hotel or the request of a particular menu due to allergies or other reasons), you must send us, by fax, a consent letter to handle the sensible data signed per acceptance by the interested person, with a photocopy of that person's id card.
